across all skill sets and industry sectors. We work with a significant
number of predominately international organisations and our growth
over the past two years has been exceptional, primarily as a result
of client retention and our strong client relationships.
We want to be sure that we put you forward only for assignments
that are appropriate to your skills and aspirations. This is
why we invest time in understanding your needs. After detailed discussion
with you, it is our job to market your skills. We handle all the
client negotiations, draw up the contracts, negotiate the fees and
confirm the duration of the contract and the hours of work. We negotiate
extensions to your contract and any rate increases for change of
responsibility or an extended assignment. We are also able to advise
you about forming a limited company, the relevant tax implications
and IR35 issues.
The bottom line is that you want to be paid on time and without
error. We are proud of the fact that we have never missed or
made an error with a contractor payment. During a contract, you
complete a time sheet daily and have it signed off weekly, fortnightly
or monthly by the client. You submit your time sheets to us, together
with an invoice and we pay by BACS on receipt of your invoice.
We will guarantee to maintain regular contact and offer you
full support during the life of your contract.
